Common questions
Do we need a new WhatsApp number?
We settle that in the setup session, based on the business's situation. In some cases the business's existing number can be used; in others a dedicated bookings number is the better option. We explain which applies and what it means before anything starts.
What customer data is collected?
Name, contact number and appointment type, which is what a booking needs. Our copy of the conversations is deleted automatically after 30 days at most.
What happens when a request needs the business?
Noor passes the conversation to the business directly. Handing over when needed is a fixed control in the system.
Can the service be stopped?
