1. Introduction

These terms apply to the use of this website and to the services we provide to our clients. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide consulting and technology services, including Noor, an AI-powered assistant that replies to a business's customer messages and books their appointments. The signed agreement with each client sets the scope, price, duration and payment terms of the service, and prevails where it conflicts with these terms.

3. Client obligations

The client undertakes to give us accurate, up-to-date information about its services, prices and availability, on which Noor bases her replies. It also undertakes to obtain its customers' consent before messaging them wherever regulations or platform policies require it, to give its customers a direct way to reach it, and to comply with the regulations and licences that apply to its business.

4. Third-party platforms

Some of our services run on third-party platforms, including Meta, and their use is subject to those platforms' terms and policies. By connecting its account, the client authorises us to receive and reply to messages on its behalf, solely to provide the service, and may withdraw this authorisation at any time. The availability of these platforms and any changes to their services are the responsibility of the companies that operate them.

5. Data and ownership

The client owns its number, its accounts and its customer conversations. We process this data on the client's behalf, on its instructions, solely to provide the service. Our systems and software remain our property. The Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, processed and deleted.

6. Suspending the service

We may suspend or end the service if it is used in breach of these terms, the regulations or platform policies.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide the service in accordance with the signed agreement with the client, and our liability is limited to what that agreement provides.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the version published on this page applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
